Centro Mayor FEC 2,300 m² Standard FEC

Centro Mayor wanted a family-first entertainment anchor that would differentiate against Bogotá’s mall-FEC clones.

We delivered a 2,300 m² Latin-vibrant FEC with a saffron-and-papaya palette, two-storey trampoline park, kids’ role-play town, arcade hall with bowling, and a Latin-fusion themed café.

Result: 1,000 daily guests, 29% projected IRR, highest-rated FEC in Bogotá on Google.
