Marina Bay’s premium leisure market is mature but under-served on competitive social play. Our client wanted to introduce padel to a luxury-positioned crowd.
We delivered a 680 m² premium tropical-modern boutique sports lounge with terrazzo + brushed brass envelope, single padel court with viewing lounge, free-roam VR arena, and a curated cocktail bar.
Result: 350 daily guests at 60% higher average ticket than competing F&B venues, 92 NPS.
