We delivered a 740 m² coastal-industrial boutique sports hub with reclaimed-timber and exposed-steel envelope, anchored by Sydney’s first indoor FlowRider, free-roam VR arena, and a 24-line craft-beer tap wall.
Result: 460 nightly guests, fully booked Thursday-Sunday, 94 NPS.
