Yonge-Eglinton’s post-pandemic leisure scene was hungry for a modern social-play venue without the typical "neon-bro" aesthetic.
We delivered a 720 m² modern-warm boutique sports hub with reclaimed walnut + amber-LED envelope, single padel court, free-roam VR arena, Canadian craft-beer bar, and a curated small-plate kitchen.
